Every single item is 100% handmade and some minor imperfections are to be expected. Each item is one of a kind because it is impossible to exactly duplicate anything made of resin. 

Epoxy Resin is UV sensitive. We use ONLY the highest quality resin with UV protection but they may still yellow over time with sun exposure. It is best to keep out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. 

The resin we use cures hard and is scratch resistant but no resin is scratch proof. Avoid the use of chemicals or abrasive cleaners, mild soap and warm water are recommended. To remove dust from textured areas, use a microfiber duster or compressed air. 

Serving boards and coasters are not recommended for extreme heat. It is best not to place heat sources above 260* F on an object coated with resin. Also, the resin we use is labeled food safe but would discourage eating/drinking anything hot from any resin coated item. Food should only be cut or chopped on the non-coated areas of cutting boards that have resin accents.

In addition, please keep out of extreme heat. If items do get hot they may become pliable. In which case, item should be returned to room temperature on a flat surface so it can reharden into the correct shape.  

These items ARE NOT microwave or dishwasher safe.

Resin care must be followed to keep jewelry in good condition. Replacements and refunds will not be issued after the item is received in good condition.  

The back of each item will almost always be flat unless otherwise disclosed.  

The processing time before an order is shipped is approximately 3-7 business days. Custom orders will take longer because we ha ve to allow for curing time, which varies depending on the size and depth of item.
